SPONSORSHIP PROPOSAL
’Two Hands Relief Project @ Osaka’
28TH – 29TH MAY 2011

Supported by

Overview
To execute the northeast Japan earthquake and tsunami revival event “Two Hands Relief Project @ Osaka”, a budget of about 2,000,000 yen total is expected.
This event is produced to raise charity funds as well as to send a message of empathy and unity to the stricken people and areas of northeast Japan.
Two Hands Relief Project is planned and executed by a group of internationals living in the Kansai area of Japan. All planning, pre‐production, production etc, is done on a volunteer basis.
Through collecting various ‘rental’ fees, such as food market stall fees etc, we are able to come up with the bigger part of the total production cost. However, we still need to raise approx. 600,000 yen. This money is thought to come from commercial enterprises in trade for various levels of PR exposure at our event.
Please help and support us in staging this event. We will then be able to offer not only our empathy with the people of the Tohoku region, but also provide monetary support in the form of charity funds to help rebuild the stricken area.
